In-line blowers for dryer vent

   In-line blowers are used when dryer vent runs are excessively long and are used to help the dryer move the air this longer distance. These same in-line blowers require annual cleaning to ensure lint is not becoming trapped resulting in diminished airflow. Most homes will not have an in-line blower, but if you do, be sure to have them cleaned and inspected annually.
